Staging Consultation & Report
The Staging Consultation & Report includes:

• Consultation with Realtor® and / or Seller at property (includes walk through of property inside and out, photos & lots of notes to help prepare the report of ideas, wall color suggestion(s), repairs and improvements that are essential to the sale of the home).
• A copy of the Staging Report delivered by e-mail/fax/mail within 48 hours.
• Final walk through with after photos.
• Seller check list to maintain staged property until sold.

Staging
After the initial consultation & staging report is done, we sit down together and discuss how much or how little of the work being recommended will be done by The Right Angle.

Photos
The most crucial part of marketing your house is being able to attract potential buyers effectively. With everyone’s busy lifestyle we don’t have the time to view hundreds of houses in person, so we have the ability to narrow down our search by viewing houses online.  That’s why good photos of your home are so important to a successful sale.

I will come to your staged listing, take photos and give them to you and / or your Realtor® to place on the internet.

(Included with the Staging Consultation & Report)

Showtime
I will come over to your staged listing and make sure everything is ready to look it’s best for the buyers.

Project Management
I will organize and / or over see any work that may need to be completed  (i.e.  Painting, landscaping, repairs).

Personal Shopping
Don't have the time to shop for items?  I can do it for you.
